“I can't be a singular expression of myself, there's too many parts, too many spaces, too many manifestations, too many lines, too many curves, too many troubles, too many journeys, too many mountains, too many rivers, so many

ABOUT

As a designer driven by curiosity and a passion for storytelling, I create spaces that blend creativity, functionality, and innovation to connect, inspire, and elevate. With a BFA in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, my work focus on crafting bespoke environments, transcends aesthetics, and delivering designs that resonate deeply and transform the human experience. Whether shaping amenity-rich workplaces that foster collaboration or reimagining adaptive reuse spaces, I approach each project with a commitment to aligning design with strategy to propel brands, people, and communities forward.

EXPERIENCE

Over the past decade, I’ve honed expertise across corporate, workplace, adaptive reuse, hospitality, and luxury residential design, partnering with organizations worldwide to shape their built environments. From leading the redesign of fast-growing workplaces to reimagining established brands’ spaces, I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions tailored to each client’s culture, goals, and vision. My work integrates sustainable principles, balances creativity with practicality, and reflects a deep understanding of the future of work and human-centered design.

As a licensed interior designer, I combine technical proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite with a talent for visual storytelling, enabling me to produce detailed construction documents and compelling presentations. With a hands-on approach, I consistently deliver adaptive and impactful designs that spark connection, innovation, and growth while leaving a lasting, meaningful impact.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

“Challenging assignments in a short time, you give one nugget and this person turns it into something phenomenal. This designer stands out in the ability to communicate design ideas thru computational & 3D design. She has been apart of concept work for pitches & design sprints. Your skills in modeling & ideating allow her test & develop ideas quickly. She continues to be a courageous designer on everything she touches!”

— ARTIE AWARD 2018: VISION IMPOSSIBLE, FROM GENSLER DIRECTORS

“Tavia has worked in the capacity of Interior Designer on several significant projects in our office. These projects all focused on workplace design facilities. Her roles on these projects varied from playing a design supporting role, assisting with presentations, and 3D rendering skills to assist our team with telling the conceptual client story. She has a great ability of putting a set of documents together and keeping the team on track with deadlines is beyond her years of experience.”

— CHRISTY CAINE, IDEA|SPAN PRINCIPAL | REFERENCE LETTER, SEPTEMBER 2017

“Tavia has demonstrated her design acumen as well as her rendering and documentation capabilities. She is perseverant in her quest to gain knowledge and is asking all the right questions. She is a hard-working and talented individual that I can trust to contribute thoughtful design suggestions and her assignments are well executed.”

— BETSY NURSE, HOK DIRECTOR OF INTERIORS | REFERENCE LETTER, DECEMBER 2014

When not immersed in the world of design, I find joy in storytelling the everyday adventures I share with my Vizsla pointer, Blaze. Whether exploring new trails, chasing the sunrise, or simply enjoying quiet moments together, Blaze’s boundless energy and curious nature provide endless inspiration. These experiences fuel my creativity and remind me to appreciate the simple, beautiful moments in life.
