Designer and collaborative production support for Visioning, DD, FF&E, CD, CA and limited PM. Developed practical, aesthetic, safe and conducive design concepts to intended purposes and function which is reflective of client goals and budget. Rendered design ideas and produced design drawings and details. Coordinated with consultants to ensure all aspects of the design. Facilitated the CA scope of work by reviewing shops, responding to CO’s, RFI’s and Submittals. Project Managed closing of project during CA while ensuring project fee meets work plan.
