Assisted with workplace strategy, design and production during Programming, SD, DD, FF&E, CD and CA. Rendered conceptual design ideas. Lead production of CD drawings. Helped the project team shift the client’s financial goals during the design VE process. Coordinated with consultants to ensure all aspects of the design and production were addressed. Facilitated the CA scope of work by reviewing shops, responding to RFI’s and CO’s.
This project includes fit-up space designed for the customer engagement buildings with research and development laboratory at the new Sealed Air Campus in Charlotte, North Carolina. The three buildings will be approximately 347,700 square feet.
